The Hummingbird Foundation is a dynamic national Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to bridging disparities in healthcare access and preventive healthcare practices in Uganda. We envision a healthier and equitable Uganda, where access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right for all, and preventive healthcare practices are embraced, fostering a proactive approach to well-being.
We are a self-driven, passionate, and determined team, striving to extend quality healthcare services to remote and underserved communities while empowering individuals with knowledge and skills for proactive health management. Committed to contributing to the SDGs 2030 agenda, we work towards a society where healthcare is accessible to all, leaving a positive and lasting impact on the well-being and prosperity of Uganda.
